Copyright Notices

I will, from time to time, post some basics of entertainment law here.

There are three elements to a copyright notice:  1, the word copyright, or the c in the circle symbol; 2 your name, or the name of your company, and 3, the year you created the work.  If you don't put the notice on a copy of your work, it doesn't mean you lose your ownership or rights, but putting in on lets people know it is yours.
