I just started training (gulp!!) for my first sprint triathlon. I was inspired after watching a Master's Triathlon a month ago -- and people in their 50s and 60s were completing the entire event in less time than it would take me to do just the swim. In fact, you can see the story on the website, and a profile of a couple that's really made a difference to me: Joe and Carol Neal.
I talked to people after they crossed the finish line at the Master's event, and while all of them were exhausted, they were also very proud of themselves for pushing through physical and mental barriers. Who doesn't want to feel that?
Thanks for your support on the site, and I hope you can help push me along!

Cliff Eggink is big-time. He's a 70-year old former CEO now known worldwide as the “Iron Geezer.” He’s helping redefine the face of aging in America. He's also a former Growing Bolder Radio Show guest. Put Eggink in the search window and click on the second or third result and you can hear his interview. Great to have you on the site, Cliff. We're getting ready to put together a triathlon group
and hope you'll share some of your great tips.
