Who I'd like to meet:
ICRC's programs and services are offered to two groups of "informal" (unpaid) persons providing care:
1) A family member or other informal care provider of a person with an adult onset brain impairing condition. Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, stroke, traumatic brain injury, ALS, Huntington's disease, MS and other brain impairments are included.
2) A family member, friend or other informal care provider assisting an older adult (60 or older) who is frail or disabled and who needs assistance with two or more activities of daily living.
*Grant provisions may restrict or limit specific services and programs available.
Services are funded by California CRC (Chapter 1658) funding from the California Department of Mental Health, National Family Caregiver Support Program grant from the Riverside County Office on Aging and private donations.

Posted 10:55am October 5th, 2010Hi,
My name is Connor Lowry and I work for Halo Monitoring. Our product, myHalo is the first medical alarm that sends an automatic alert- no need to push a button- in the event of a fall.
We are trying to reach out to caregivers in regards to our product, myHalo and also the contest we've launched called Halo Hero. This contest allows people to pay tribute to the "Hero Senior" or "Hero Caregiver" who is making a difference in your life. And give them the chance to win a free myHalo system for one-year.
If you think it would be possible for myHalo to become a part of the resource center I would be very interested in discussing it with you.
Please feel free to contact me at your convenience.
