I have never blogged before and so you will have to tell me if I am totally off base
here. I read several blogs of GB members and seems like we are kind of into helping  and telling stories, so here goes.
I have come across "discs" that one uses for various health challenges, like wt loss/smoking/ sleep or the lack of it/cell phone protection/extra energy (balance) for doing our daily activities/sports..well O.K, I guess you get the drift.  Yes, needless to say I was skeptical,  but I do have some health issues and if one can have help, why wouldn't I want to try these.  The testimonials are convincing.  I joined and am using 3 of these and by golly, they do work.  Now these are not just for the AGIN-aging but 2 of my friends are trying the Purifying disc for stopping smoking and so far so good.  You can read all about it here www.8ight.com?click=1100  I think this comp[any started out with the big one being cell phone protection.  I am not a big cell phone user but my Grandkids are getting these for Christmas, whether they like it or not!!
