Four new ways to beat the tough economy!

Tired of all the bad news about the economy?  Wondering how you’ll make it through the ‘pending doom’ of our failing financial system?  This report will show you how you can recession proof your body and:

  • Increase Your Wealth
  • Reduce Expenses
  • Enjoy More Time
  • Reduce Stress

Improve Your Bottom Line!

It’s obvious, our economy is in trouble.  Are we heading for tougher times or a recovery?  Are we facing a worst-case scenario…depression?  Most importantly, how will YOU manage?  Chances are, your 401k has taken a hit.  You might be facing a layoff.  Did you know that obesity doesn’t carry the same protections as race, gender, age, etc.  Your company can fire you for being overweight because there’s a direct relationship between insurance costs and obesity.  Where will your boss cut costs?   Or perhaps your business is struggling.  Can you really afford to be sick or absent?  Maybe you’re stressed, and need some clarity.  Whatever the case, it’s time to get control and make sure your body is the right vehicle to make it through these tough times.  This report reveals four easy ways to quickly and easilyrecession proof your body!

1.  Increase Your Wealth

The facts are in.  People who are fit have a higher likelihood of receiving promotions and getting raises.  In fact, dropping your BMI measurement (a measurement used to determine if you’re carrying too much body fat) will have a direct impact on your wealth.

Fit employees miss an average of 3 work days each year to illness.  Overweight or obese people miss between 5  and 8.  The cost of obesity to American companies is staggering, costing them $45 BIllion (yes, Billion with a “B&rdquo annually in insurance and absenteeism.  That money comes right out of your paycheck in the form of lower wages.

People who lower their BMI measurement by just 5.8 points increase their wealth by $4085 annually.  Those who drop their BMI by 10 points increase their wealth by $12,720!  According to a recent report: “You cannot afford not to act; obesity can cause a substantial financial burden in addition to other issues, including decreased quality of life and depression.”

2.  Decrease Expenses

Being in shape will help reduce your expenses because health insurance is less costly for fit people than obese.  Fit people spend less on doctors visits and are less likely to face a major health event.  For example, Clarion Health will fine employees $10 per paycheck if their BMI, is over 30. If their cholesterol, blood pressure, and glucose levels are too high, they’ll be charged $5 for each standard they don’t meet. Doesn’t it make sense to get fit and lower your expenses?

In fact, being fit cuts yearly medical expenses by 25 – 60%!  We all know healthcare a major issue facing Americans.

Airlines now pay $250 million annually on fuel to haul our extra weight.  The same thing happens in our cars.  We burn more gas by being heavy.  An extra 100 pounds of weight will cost you between 3 and 7 cents per gallon, reducing your MPG by 2%!  With gas prices this high, can you afford to spend any extra?

3.  Have More Time

Would you like extra time each day?  What could you do with your business if you had an extra 4 or 5 hours each week?  Being fit will exponentially increase your energy.  This will allow you to get more done each day.  Fit people spend less time going up and down stairs, taking showers, tying their shoes, eating and recovering from illness.  The list goes on and on.

Being fit will give you more energy and vitality allowing you more time in your day and week.

4.  Reduce Stress

One of the greatest benefits of exercise is reduced stress.  Being less stressed puts you in a much better emotional state to handle challenging issues.  No matter what situation may pop up, being relaxed will allow you to make better decisions.  Stress is also a leading cause of obesity – so the benefits are compounded by taking away one cause of obesity.

As we exercise, our entire body gets a workout.  Everything, including our nervous system benefits.  This helps cultivate a strong mind-body connection, putting us in better control of how we feel and how we manage stress.

As a result, no matter what situation may arise, you will be in better control of your body on all levels.  This increases self-confidence and self-awareness.  Think of how this will impact every other area of your life!

Nobody truly knows where our economy is heading.  Things may look bleak or fantastic, but we all know that it can change in an instant.  We saw how quickly a quiet beautiful September morning can change our country and our economy.  We’ve watched as real estate boomed and crashed.  Huge financial institutions have suddenly collapsed.  And while we can’t control most of those things external to us, we can take steps to prepare for anything.  The key is to manage and take care of your body – and that is one thing you certainly can control!

Look, it’s pretty simple. I want you to get and stay fit.  I want you to squeeze every ounce of life from each minute you’re on our beautiful planet.  Why struggle with the stress of excess weight, de-conditioned muscles and stress?  Take action, get a copy of Outstanding Younow and give me a call or shoot me an email at ron@livefitzine.com.  I’d love to hear from you and learn how I can help you get in the best shape of your life!
