I have health care and I am still in favor of President Obama's change for health care. Right now it is an INDUSTRY, and has been for a number of years, especially where medicare and medicaid is concerned.
I see 'no' reason why the little boy across the street without health insurance cannot receive the same care I receive, including med's. Listen to the President and learn the true, and false statements that have been made on health care.

Posted 11:55am September 6th, 2009I'm with you, Rose. I have health care too right now. But we need Health Care for all those who are not so fortunate to have insurance. The taxpayer ends up paying for the uninsureds to use ERs when it would be much cheaper to go to a doctor. So we end up paying hundreds to thousands of dollars, and have so for decades, for the uninsureds. Why is America, of all the Industrialized nations so far behind on this issue? Why do the Rs fight everything that would help American People? Is it just plain selfishness, or is it greed? I watch the Senate daily and see them in action and the dirty tricks they use to fight what we the people of America really need. I've been fighting for health care for the uninsured people who can't get health care any other way. They deserve health care and there is no good reason for them to be denied Health Care.

Posted 8:54pm August 26th, 2009Forgot to mention that anyone who is interested in learning the truth should not only listen to the President's words, but go to a site such as "Time Goes By" that had a segment asking questions and then reporting the answers often heard as true or false. Reputable news reporting can be found by searching for these truths rather than accepting answers of the disenchanted or those with an agenda. Please, all who read Rose's blog, do search for the truth and leave bias behind. Jackie JCB

Posted 4:46pm August 24th, 2009First of all, what's wrong with industry/capitalism? It's what made us the greatest country on earth. Medicare and Medicaid are governmental programs like what is being foisten upon us. If you don't like these programs, you are going to hate Obamacare.
