Our body is an investment, so we must fuel it properly. What is 'proper'? Every day, at least 51% raw foods. Try to stay away from processed foods, bleached flours, foods sweetened with non-food sweeteners, and 'natural' flavorings/enhancers.
Everything in moderacy.
I work to help people fix their ailments with the use of what was has been on this planet for 100's of thousands, and millions of years--only live, whole foods and herbs. Not what's manufactuered in laboratories.
It's my mission to help people learn the simple Truth about disease and fixing it, along with knowledge on where to find the top 100 foods on the planet, and those which will sustain our body for decades more, productively.
