Age Discrimination

I read the most interesting blog on the Time Goes By site this morning. The title is "Placing Responsibility for Age Discrimination" and it about interviewing and getting employment after age 50. Ronni Bennett, the TGB proprietor, writes about her experience in interviews, links and comments about job interviews for the over 50 age group, plus some good suggestions.

This is a subject I have lived through and never, ever want to again. I know in today's economy more and more people cannot not retire. It seems that laying off the older workers has always been something companies do first. Looking for employment is difficult, but we over 50 have it rough.

PS:I am doing some research before I write further on this subject on my blog Elder Generation, so stayed tuned. Thanks!
