    What was I thinking?

 I took today off of work to offer my services out at my hubby and son's remote control flying club for a special fly-in show. 

      I have a very secret recipe for buffalo wings and am usualy asked to make them .

Today was a record turn out.... close to 300 people.

I have never done that many wings in my life in one day, not even when I worked in a local wing restaurant.

My poor hubby had three turkey friers going two with wings and one with fries  and I was mixing sauce & toosing wings as fast as I could.

We also had burgers and hot dogs on the grill.

       Someone asked us if we catered....we both looked at each other and just burst out laughing.

I am exhausted and smell like wings, I may never smell the same again!

        I was nice and let my hubby get in the shower first.

As i type this the dog is under the desk licking his chops and has followed me all over the house.

He has no idea it is not food in my pocket , but me he smells.

         All in all it was a good day, everyone went away full, the air show was awsome, the weather was fantastic...and I don't want to look at another chicken wing for quite a while.

     It's the little things in life I love and this day was one of them.
