You are amazing. Simply amazing. There is no one else like you. You can describe people, times, and places that no one else could ever share. You are completely unique and you should write a book. If you've always wanted to capture the essence of your life (or even if you've never thought about it until right now), it's a good idea to write an autobiography. Besides it being a very special gift for children, grandchildren, other family or friends, it allows you to explore who you are. You can take a bit of time to explore what has brought you to this time and place. Review your accomplishments. Remembers the joys and challenges that you've experienced. You've made it this far...now what's next? When you write your life story, you'll have the basis for planning the next miles in your life's journey. What are you waiting for?

Posted 7:03am October 22nd, 2009Great to see you on Growing Bolder, Beth! As someone who has used LifeBio, I can wholeheartedly agree with "that girl" Cheryl that LifeBio is a wonderful and simple tool for bringing out the best stories out of your relatives over a turkey dinner...or any other family celebration. My kids, nieces and nephews, brother and sister and I followed the questions suggested on LifeBio to ask "Grommy" questions about her life at my parents 50th wedding anniversary, and I heard stories I'd never heard in my entire life. Then I recorded them on the web-based tool kit and voila! A Biography was born. It's so cool how you can keep adding to it, print it out or even order a hard cover book to present to family members. Thanks for your vision in creating this ingenius tool. I hope everyone discovers it for themselves.

Posted 4:53pm October 21st, 2009That is a really cool idea! Thanks for sharing the link. It makes me think that if people spent time interviewing family members and telling family stories, we might enjoy ourselves and get along better during the holidays. Maybe we would connect with each other on shared history and pride instead of feeling separate from other over comparisons and disappointments. Very interesting.
