The news weather pictures about the Winter Storms curently affecting the northern states from Oregon to Maine sure makes me think I was a very wise man to move the family south from Long Island 30 years ago. Do not miss the Snow Blower, snow shovels etc. and decorating the house is a lot more fun without the freezing
temps.

Posted 7:17pm January 8th, 2008I agree! warm weather is nice. However, I do have an orange tree in my backyard and I love picking the tree when it gets too cold! A nice glass of orange juice in the morning starts the day off right!

Posted 2:35pm December 4th, 2007I hear you Bob! I was back in Pennsylvania for Thanksgiving and we got slammed with 8 inches of snow! It was nice for a weekend, but boy was I glad to get off the plane and starting shedding sweaters!
