POLK SENIOR GAMES ELECTS NEW DIRECTORS AND OFFICERS

Five new Directors and Officers for the 2012 - 2013 year were elected at the April meeting of Polk Senior Games. New board members are Irene Prewitt, Stephen Mann, Cindy Dulin, Rodger Ricks and Carrie Laidler. Officers elected are President Rudy Gittens, 1st VP Bud Hollwell, 2nd VP Dick Cheney, Treasurer Jean Eissman, Secretary Duane Hopkins, Past President Dee Oeters, Member at Large Larry Powell, Member at Large Rob Mason, and Event Coordinator Bill Hanna. Other returning board members are Jim Barry, BJ Brock, Bob Brooks, Frank Brooks, Jim Corbeil, Marlene Corbeil, J J Corbet, Dawn Cornell, Gary Cornell, Diane DiMonaco, Johanna Emory, Marie Gouldsbury, Helen Grieshaber, Chuck Gugino, Jodie Gwinn, Mimi Hardman, Sandy Jones, Tom McLaughlin, Rich Mellock, Beverly Mitchell, Tom Mizell, Grace Page, Joan Pendry, Ron Shultz, Chris Sikes, Chas Smith, Susan Smith, Larry Smucker, Linda Smucker, Betty Stephens, Nancye Thornberry, Howard Wiggs, Helen Wiper and Ann Wyant. Executive Director Deena Wilbur is returning for her 20th year. The dates for the 2013 Games are February 23 - March 12.
