I hate bullshit artists

I hate pretense & bullshit artists; especially the ones who use
religion to get over on people. I've come to a point where if I'm about
to do business with someone & they're quick to tell me they're a
"christian", I run just as far away from them as I can get quicktime.
Too many church people put on a religious costume a couple of times a
week & make sure the rest of their lives stay separate from that
part of it. There are certain things I will always struggle with as a
believer; but I try to allow my relationship with God to influence
every part of my life to some extent. I'm not to the point where He is
in control of my whole life yet, & I never will be in this life. I
don't however pretend to be someone I'm not to get over on people.

After reading all your blogs, I wasn't sure which to respond to.  I chose this one because I don't like the BA's either.  It also makes the hair on the back of my neck stand up when someone says 'I'm a Christian', because they're the ones who will often times be the very ones to be liars, cheats and thieves.  NOT ALL OF THEM, so all you Christians who aren't that way need not get upset and start writing blogs of protest.  I've found that many people who can quote you chapter and verse have only memorized the words, but haven't put them to use in their day to day lives.  That's just been my experience.

Regarding the bible:  in the last year or so I've been able to condense the entire bible....no matter what version or what religion....into one little sentence: 'Do unto others as you would have done to you.'  If people all over the world would just live those words, this could be a wonderful world in which to live!  But maybe that's just too simple.

    Ginger!
