Vital-Information on Elderly Benefits

Normally my articles are lengthy, but this service speaks for itself. The National Council on Aging has a website that has been a big money and benefits saver for over 2.3 million Senior Americans and growing. It’s called Benefits Checkup.org. It helps you find and enroll in federal, state, local and private programs that will save your elderly relative money on prescription costs, meals, healthcare and other related services.

Most likely this service may be too complicated for most Seniors who are not computer or internet savvy, but it is suitable for a son or a daughter, or grandson or granddaughter who would like to help out.

I really encourage you to participate on behalf of an elderly relative who could really use the cost savings or who is in need of additional services.  You may have a close loved one in a nursing home or assisted living center who does not have internet access and without you wouldn’t be able to take advantage of the marvelous service.

Good luck.
