OK take one 18 year old and ask yourself how much damage could he do in one evening.
Let me count them.........
1 Tear up the rear end in my van
2 Break the screen door on our front door.
3 Rip off the whole water spigot from our back yard.
He is now franticly running around town trying to find stuff to fix the spigot as we have no water!
My husband is about to blow his top as all he sees are dollar signs.
I'm fuming cause I can't take a shower tonight.
I hate to even think of what the repair on the van will be..
We have an older home with fragile old copper pipes ,going to be a job trying to fix that.
Wow!! I thought the expensive stage was over with our son, but guess I was wrong.
It's funny I never get thirsty at night but tonight when we have no water I want a glass...Go figure.
One good thing my coffee is pre fixed for morning..
If only I could find a shower and a ride to work!

Posted 12:47am November 18th, 2009My heart goes out to you, my friend. That is so unbelievable! My first thought was that old saying: 'the difference between men and boys is the price of their toys'. Now we can add: the price of the repairs to their damage!
Wish I could make it all better for you.
