NEED LAKELAND TRACK CLUB FOR SENIORS

Hi,

I have recently become interested in the Seniors Games program in Florida.

Being a little over wieght and a little out of shape, I said  I did it in High School,  Why not now.  I participated in the Sunshine State Games in June and recently went to Jacksonville for their Games.     I have had a great time and met a lot of great athletes.

I am really looking forward to each and every event and am presently building a shot put and discus ring at my home. I find the competition exhilarating and have signed up for Ormand Beach, Tampa, Sanford, and the state Championship in December.

I would like to know if there are any clubs or associations in or near lakeland that get together to practice and or particapate in events in the Lakeland area.  Retired coaches that can help etc.
