    I believe to maintain a level of efficiency, that the process requires precision.

    When you mix the human factor into the process: mistakes and accidents occur: The rate of precision drops and the drop is unable to be forecast. 

    Something about speeding trains, interchanging cars and interchanging humans between cars seems... unsafe.
