Hi everybody, I appreciate the comments I've been getting thus far. I've also been reading a few other member's blogs too. I like the lady who writes about whole foods, she has some great insights.
I've been getting alot of questions from old friends lately like "How is it that you retired so long ago and coach basketball now for free"?
This is an easy one to answer and it's very simple for me to answer...it's all thanks to
investment property. A very long time ago I started buying books about the subject and in 1981 I jumped in and bought my first property in Delray Beach, FL. It was a crackhouse a few blocks from the beach, I spent some money on it and flipped it for a nice 20k profit. I then rolled this money back into more property. After telling my story most of my friends say somthing like 'oh well, you started along time ago, it's probably too late, time isn't on my side'. That is somewhat true, but not always, it's never too late to invest in real estate for the cash-flow benefits or the tax sheltering benefits. If you got questions, then message me. I'll be glad to help.
