I didn't know that a ban is being considered, or why, so thanks for all this information...very enlightening. I don't take a lot of pain medication today, only when I strain my back (maybe twice a year and just for a few days), but I know I will have problems as I get older...everybody does. I guess I will try out some homeopathic alternatives...before I really need them.
