I am a physician, medical consultant and executive healthcare recruiter as well as an author of nonfiction and fiction. My third medical mystery/thriller, co-written with my husband, just won the Gold Medal Florida Book Award for Genre Fiction and is a Best Books 2008 Finalist for ForeWord Magazine.We are donating all royalties from this book to Remote Area Medicine, a not for profit charity that provides free healthcare to needy Americans.
