But is sparring, punching and kicking the way to a happy, healthy life? These are grandmas you don't want to run into in a dark alley!

The Growing Bolder Radio Show is recorded every week inside the Clear Channel Studios of
our flagship station, 540 AM WFLA in Orlando. Get an inside look as Marc, Bill, Producer Jill and Radio
Rob bring America's most interesting and inspiring guests to the GB microphones.
You can listen to the show every Sunday on WFLA from 4 to 5 p.m. If you live in the West Palm Beach area, the show airs from 3 to 4 p.m. Sunday and 2 to 3 p.m. Monday on 1230 AM WBZT.

She's "One Tough Mother." You've seen 83-year-old Gert Boyle on national TV ads. Gert is a corporate
icon -- the chairwoman of Columbia Sportswear, the $1.3 billion public company. Gert is a role model for
us all. No mountain is too high for her to climb. Fearless and energetic, she took over the company and built an empire when her husband died suddenly years ago.

Our Growing Bolder Gurus are here with helpful advice that can change your life. Lisa Maile has valuable tips on how to project confidence and success. Want to freshen up your image without breaking the bank on a whole new wardrobe? Let Lisa show you how. Maybe you've seen her on "Hard Copy," "Geraldo," "The John Walsh Show" or "What Not to Wear." She's worked with Hollywood stars like Mandy Moore, Michael Winslow ("Police Academy") and Arielle Kebbel ("Gilmore Girls") and now, through Growing Bolder, she can help you, too. You don't have to spend like a movie star to look like one!

In the old days, no one wanted to be called a geek or a nerd. Today, they're the cool guys -- the ones with all the money, the fast cars and the pretty girls. In this Insiders' edition of GB TV, meet some of the team working around the clock (with a litle help from Rock Star, Red Bull and Mountain Dew) to build GrowingBolder.com.
In the next Growing Bolder Insider: Car Czar Robert Lutz, who was forced to retire from the automotive industry at 65, is now 75 and more powerful than ever. He's a top exec at GM and leading the company's push for greener cars. Plus, do you know how to Beat the Box? Find out why grandma and grandpa got game when it comes to the latest video games.
