Growing Bolder Insider Vol. 5

It's been a busy week at the worldwide headquarters. We've made some nice progress on the development side of our project, emceed the Fab Follies, attended a big black-tie affair and visited with a rock legend going green. Those stories will be featured in upcoming episodes of the GB Insider. For now, click on the video to witness a no-holds-barred intergenerational smackdown.

This Week's Episode: Selling the Dream

It may be difficult to tell from some of the stories you see here in the GB Insider Newsletter, but every once in a while, we really do have to do some actual work! Watch here as Marc and Bill head over to the Clear Channel Radio studios in Orlando. They've been invited to make a presentation to the sales staff at 540 WFLA, the flagship station of the Growing Bolder Radio Show. The goal? To help the staff explain to advertisers why marketing their products to people over 50 is critical to their success and why the Growing Bolder Radio Show is the perfect place to reach them.

A Jones for Classic TV

Ever watch TV Land? It's where you'll find your favorite shows from yesterday presented in a fresh, hip and original way. Under the leadership of Larry W. Jones, TV Land is one of the fastest growing networks on cable. And he says this is just the beginning! He stopped by the Growing Bolder Radio Show to talk about why the formula has been so successful, why the kids of today are drawn to the great old shows and why network TV is making a big mistake ignoring viewers over the age of 50.

The Singing Chance of a Lifetime

When it comes to singing, never underestimate the power of the shower! Dreams are coming true for hundreds of powder-room Pavarottis. On October 14th, SingLive USA will take the stage at the Linda Chapin Theater at the Orange County Convention Center. It's an incredible 170-member chorus, a vocal tsunami, backed by a live orchestra, that will bring your favorite Broadway musicals to life. Just before SingLive made its U.S. debut last spring, founder John Morris explained that SingLive is all about Growing Bolder!
