One of the largest and most vibrant 55+ communities anywhere is The Villages, Florida. The 65,000 people who live there are redefining the world's stereotype of aging. There are so many clubs and activities you just can't keep up. Can you imagine what it's like when they throw a party? In this edition of GBTV, Marc and Bill grab their tuxedos and the GB camera and go find out! It's the Taste of the Villages, a fundraiser for the Rotary Club and the Bolder Boys had a blast!

Former teen heartthrob Davy Jones is an accomplished actor of television, film and stage, a writer and a storyteller, but he is best known as the frontman in the '60s phenomenon known as the Monkees. He recently
called into the Growing Bolder Radio Show to let us know what he's up to these days.
He says he's enjoying touring and performing more than ever and the girls who used to go crazy for him are not only still his biggest fans, they're bringing their daughters with them to the shows! Take a trip down memory lane and fall in love with Davy all over again.

Whoever came up with the adage that people mellow with age never went to a masters athletic event. Age does not diminish the competitive spirit, and women are just as competitive as men. The 100 best from 23 states descended upon Orlando, Fla., for the Seniors/Masters National Racquetball Championship. They came to whack a little ball, talk a little smack and smash a few stereotypes along the way. Every time they pick up a racquet and step onto the court they spread a powerful message -- as you get older, start Growing Bolder!

On this week's edition of the Growing Bolder Radio Show, we'll introduce you to Joe and Carol Neal, a Florida couple who travel all over the world to compete together in triathlons.
Fresh off their trip from Ireland, they talk about the secrets to a long marriage and why they're so active in their 60s. Plus, we check in with renowned child expert Dr. T. Berry Brazelton. At 89, he's still teaching new parents and now grandparents a thing or two about raising healthy and bright children. To hear these interviews and more, tune in Sunday to our flagship station AM 540 WFLA from 4 to 5 p.m. If you're in South Florida, check us out on AM 1230 WBZT from 3 to 4 p.m. on Sundays. We promise you, the show is unlike anything else on the radio.
To listen to the shows live, check out www.540wfla.com and www.1230wbzt.com.
In the next Growing Bolder Insider, somehow Bill Shafer gets President George W. Bush, Robin Williams, Cher and Ozzy Osbourne in one room and reveals a side of them that you won't see anywhere else. Also, the Father of Fitness Jack LaLanne pumps up the gang at the Growing Bolder Radio Show. At 92, he's still working out daily and he has tips for anyone to get healthy now -- no matter what shape you're in.
