Jacqueline Jones was a beloved jazz singer, when suddenly everything fell apart. She suffered a brain aneurysm, had both knees replaced and her son and husband died. Life throws challenges at us all. She faced hers head-on.

This wonderful lady is one of my first friends when I moved to Orlando 20 yrs, ago. She was performing in a Jazz club called Sparkles and I was bartender at the time. Being passionate about music, Jacquie was a great first friend. Through the years she has performed at endless events to help raise awareness on major issues from like Stroke, Hunger and HIV. I was at her first concert when she came back from the aneurysm. I've held her arm when her knees would not want to move, but when the music starts her million dollar smile turns on and it's all about pleasing the crowd, it's called ` Show Time'. This lovely lady can give you a show! Much Love, Meg

Thank you so much for "spotlighting" the life of this precious jewel, Jacqueline Jones. The reality of her journey, even though filled with immeasurable pain, is one of great inspiration. Her internal strength and personal courage are not only to be admired but they are to be emulated.
There are times in our lives when the olive has to be crushed. For it's in the crushing that the pure oil comes forth in all its power and its glory. Oh, none of us embraces, welcomes or desires the crushing, the darkness or the pain. But when we come out of the other side of our crushing and are given the blessed opportunity to pour the rich, sweet oil into the lives of the broken, downtrodden, hopeless, rejected and dying, well, I say what some of the old saints said long ago, "I wouldn't take nothing for my journey!"
Oh, how well I truly understand Jacqueline's journey. And I recognize what a wealthy, wealthy woman you have spotlighted! Her oil is a treasure that cannot be measured!
Thank you Jacqueline for not giving up; for not being bitter but better. Yes, I thank you, Phenomenal Woman, for realizing there is a reason you have survived. I thank you for facing your challenges head-on and for allowing your pain to propel you into your purpose.
May the Lord my God grant you great songs of healing, hope and deliverance!
Blessings and Much Love, Ora ~
