Posted 5:26pm April 12th, 2010Love this and it's exactly what I needed as I am trying to start my own business, for the same reasons...to fulfill a passion to inspire young musicians to continue developing their talents and to want to go to work and make anyone else working with me to feel the same. I spent so many years in the corporate world where it is about brown nosing, greed and smashing innovation and creativity. I need to show that caring, inspiring and using everyone on a team is the best method for success. This video makes renews that spirit in me. Thanks!
