When a professional photographer and athlete turned 40, she became fascinated with the vitality of older men and women who seemed unphased and unaffected by their older years.

The result was, "Growing Old Is Not for Sissies," a collection of photographs of older athletes taken by Etta Clark.

She has recently released a second version of the hugely popular book.

She talked to Growing Bolder about these master athletes and how they inspire her to keep skiing and playing tennis.
