Stephen Goldman was a tech titan who retired in 2000 to begin his "second life" as a composer and philanthropist. He has combined those interests to benefit several organizations including the world renowned Orlando Philharmonic Orchestra. This is the story of one very unusual night created by one very remarkable man.

To listen to the Orlando Philharmonic Orchestra performing Mr. Goldman's Acadian Dance, click here.

Mr. Goldman is also the creator and sponsor of The Young Composers Challenge. To see a video and learn why it's the only program of its kind, anywhere in the world, click here.

    Mary,

You can actually listen to the performance by clicking the first link to the left ... or going to http://growingbolder.com/media/media/entertainment/music/acadian-dance-173790.html.

You can also hear more music by following the link to Steve's Web site, on the left side of this screen.

    Thanks!

I love classical music & music of ALL kinds. Could you please list where one can buy this CD? What I heard of it sounded great. I'd like to hear the whole thing!

Roger and I have been honored to watch the progression of this work of music from listening to it at Steve's house, to this beautiful evening with the symphony. Every time I hear it, I see a ballet being performed!

Now that's an idea...the Orlando Ballet and Symphony performing this local boys music! Orlando is blessed with some wonderful talent.

    All the best to Steve,

    God Bless You, Camilla

ps...once again Growing Bolder did a very professional job!
