One woman had an idea for a play about a change that every single woman goes through. Her little idea started in a small theater in Orlando in 2001, and today, it's been seen by more than 9 million people in 60 cities and 12 countries.

Jeanie Linders is the writer and producer of the smash hit "Menopause: The Musical." She tells Growing Bolder what inspired her to write the play and why she thinks it has struck such a powerful chord with women from all walks of life.

Jeanie has also harnessed the passion of her fans to create Me Magazine and to raise nearly half a million dollars for ovarian cancer research and education. Plus, she's been able to launch the Jeanie C. Linders Fund, which provides money to help women's community groups throughout the world.

Find out how a little girl power is changing the world.
