Norma Miller has done it all.

Not only is she an Emmy-nominated choreographer, but the 88-year-old dancer is an author, actor and comedian as well.

Norma grew up in Harlem at a time when swing dancing was born and even danced against legends at the Apollo when she was 12.

Throughout her life, she's worked with celebrities like Richard Pryor, Ella Fitzgerald and Bill Cosby and has made a name for herself in the entertainment business.

Norma talks with Growing Bolder about the history of dance and how dance keeps her vibrant and active.
