Most people graduating from college these days can count on one thing -- they'll probably have several different jobs over the course of their lifetime.

It wasn't always that way.

Dr. Ephraim Engleman has held the same job for 63 years! He recently celebrated his 100th birthday, and he still spends three days a week seeing patients at the University of San Francisco, where he's been the director of the Clinic for Arthritis since 1948.

What's the secret to his longevity? Dr. Engleman, or Eph as he's known to his friends and patients, says he's created a list of his 10 commandments for aging. He shares his unorthodox tips for a long life -- most of them will surprise you!

Plus, he reveals which famous movie actress inspired the creation of his Arthritis Clinic.
