If you've ever watched The Oprah Winfrey Show or perused the New York Times bestseller list then you probably know the name Dr. Mehmet Oz.
He is vice chairman of surgery at Columbia University and director of the Heart Institute of New York. The author of last year's New York Times No. 1 bestseller -- "You: On a Diet" -- is focusing his attention on helping you extend your lifespan.
His new book is called "You: Staying Young: The Owner's Manual for Extending Your Warranty." In it, he gives the top 10 secrets for aging smart and staying young.
Dr. Oz shared some of those secrets with Growing Bolder and knocked down some of the biggest myths about aging.

I've enjoyed him on Sirrus (Oprah & friends) His no-nonesense approach is motivation, and the way he lets us know that it's OUR responsibility to take control of our own lives may just be the kick in the bu** I need to start taking better care of myself. Thanks to Dr. Oz, and to Growing Bolder for seeking him out!
