Elsa Hoffman proves 100 is the new 65. Now 104 years old, she's living proof that attitude is one of the greatest predictors of longevity.
She's also the subject of a new book, "Elsa's Own Blue Zones: America's Centenarian Sweetheart's Insights for Positive Aging and Living."
Elsa, who once described her golden years as sparkling diamonds, brings her contagious joy for life and adventures back to the Growing Bolder Radio Show for her second visit.
She tells us how she celebrated her 100th birthday (with a cruise and a new car!) and reveals what a typical day is like for her. Here's a hint -- she needs to set her alarm in the morning to fit in all her activities!
Elsa once said, "Reach for the stars. if you have a dream, just try it. if it doesn't work, forget it and try another one." She explains why she's a firm believer in "just doing it."
Find out what she thinks is the most important key to longevity and her thoughts on turning 105 later this year.
