Many people get scared to make major changes after a certain age, but Linda Franklin embraced the idea. When she turned 50, she chose to feed her fascination of the challenges of aging.
She went from being a powerful woman on Wall Street to being one of the world's leading experts on rejuvenation. She didn't just try to satisfy her appetite, she immersed herself in everything that had to do with middle-age success – nutrition, medicine and psychology.
Franklin says there is a real opportunity in aging and even started what she calls a "Real Cougar" club.
She talks with Growing Bolder about what a "cougar" means and other things she's learned along the way.

Posted 8:02am April 15th, 2008I have to give Linda credit for leaving what she had and trying something new. It's not easy to do. Keep up the good work. I am a woman over 40 who wants to be a Real Cougar.
Thanks.
