How thrilled I was to find this video.  Brent and Gail were neighbors of my parents in Gainesville.  What a delightful couple. Over the years we have said, "I wonder how Brent and Gail are doing."  We had heard of Brent's cancer and the severity. Then years later heard of their cycling adventures and were relieved.

Brent Naylor is the kind of person you want to be around.  I think perseverence is the word that best describes what  off on he instilled in me.  When I was looking for a job, Brent said, "If you want it, you can have it."  He was right!

Brent if you happen to read this...so glad you wanted life and so glad to hear you and Gail have it!  Kirk and I live in Chicago now so if you make it through this great city, please call!  God Bless!

I followed a number of links in search of whatever happened to Brent Naylor. I was surprised to find this video of him and so very pleased that he has again risen above the odds. My family and I knew Brent in the late 70s and early 80s. We were 'peggers' as he called us. At that time, he lived in Vancouver. I had the honour of being his guest along with a number of other friends as we skiied the Whistler mountains. I'm glad to know that he's still keeping active.

We first met Brent at a hotel convention in Toronto. He would often fly into Toronto, leaving his coastline paradise (where he watched from above as they filmed the Love Boat - oops, aging myself, aren't I?) only briefly. He was even so kind as to visit our family in Sault Ste. Marie. It was such a pleasure.

You've accomplished a great deal over the past 30 years. Good for you, Brent! There was never a doubt.

    Linda O
