Ahh, the squats. So effective -- so painful the next day. But Fred, you're right ... you don't have to have fancy equipment or a gym membership to stay in shape. One of the best exercise tips I ever got was to stand up during commercials and walk in place ... you can even take a couple of cans (vegetables, soup, etc) and do bicep curls while you march. It's a guaranteed 15 minute workout and you can still watch your favorite shows!
