For too long we've been cooking for our stomachs. Dr. Frank Lawlis believes we should cook for our brains. He says by eating right, you can improve the health of your brain in as little as 20 minutes.

When did we start starving our brains from the nutrients they need to work efficiently? Dr. Lawlis says it's all Dr. Kellogg's fault. He believes processed breakfast cereals started us down a very dangerous path. In fact, he says you can get more nutrition out of eating the box!

Listen to this interview to find out how to construct a diet that is not only good for your physical health, but also for your mental well-being.

Absolutely super info!  Thanks for this.  I switched from cold cereal to one egg (hard boiled) and a piece of toast (with butter) for breakfast some time ago in an attempt to forgo so much processed sugar and it did make a difference in the way I feel.  I'm glad to hear that my choice puts me on the right track.  Thanks again, gentlemen.

    Terry
