5. Improve your diet
Nussbaum talks to GB about the link between cell phones and brain damage and gives important suggestions as to how to keep your brain fit. To play Fit Brains games on Growing Bolder, click here

I met Dr. Paul about 5 or 6 years ago.  He is in my mind one of the true pioneers not only of mental health, but he takes this information to the masses  giving all of us the information necessary that will lead to a "healthy brain" lifestyle mentioned in his books.  His website:  www.paulnussbaum.com  is loaded with great information and well worth picking up for the family library.  In addition, to being an authority on the human brain and the human condition his life work is dedicated to preserving for future generations the "legacy", the story of our lives that each of us will pass down to future generations.  I am humbled to call Dr. Paul my coach, my mentor, my compass, my friend.
