Snyderman is the Chief Medical Editor for NBC News and has written two books; one to dispel medical myths and another to tell you the truth for longevity. Her books are especially important in a time when the Internet is being visited more often than a doctor's office.

But Snyderman doesn't just give out the obvious advice. According to her, a boring job can be deadly. Longevity is only a good thing when you are healthy enough to enjoy it.
