Registered dietitian and nutrition expert Dr. Susan Mitchell says if you're staying up too late at night, you're not only tired and cranky, you're likely overweight. 

With her guest, Regina Ragone, food director for Family Circle magazine, they explore why not sleeping enough really makes a difference on your weight. In fact, Regina says finding more sleep is often harder for families than eating the right foods or exercising more.
