Posted 4:32pm October 29th, 2009Like Linda and Ida, I too love glass .I have some of my mothers old glass and some of it is depression glass.I also collect glass bells.Nothing is nicer than to have beautiful pieces of glass to set your table with.I use all of my glass whenever Iwant to. That's the reason for having it. Nothing makes a holiday table look prettier than sparkling glass to go with all the candle light and food. Mother Doris

Posted 1:56pm October 29th, 2009I'm with Ida. I love glass too. It seems my favorite pieces are candy dishes or relish dishes. Since I don't have room for sets of dishes, I collect one of a kind plates. When I have company, each person gets a different plate. I only have 5 pieces of Depression Glass.
