Author Christopher Noxon says he is embracing his inner young person.

In his book, "Rejuvenile," he says it's hard to imagine the adults of previous eras doing things like downloading pop music or playing "kids" games like kickball and Twister.

He told Growing Bolder that this new breed of adults is committed to remaining playful, energetic and fun in the face of adult responsibilities.
