Debbie says it wasn't always easy, even for her, to remember to do something nice every day, so she settled on once a week. Now, you can go to her site for tips, discussions and inspiration.

She's just written a book called, “Do One Nice Thing,” and it's filled with easy ways to make the world a little bit nicer.
