Grocery shopping is something we've done all our lives. So why is there so much we just don't know? Phil Lempert is the man with the answers.

Known as the Supermarket Guru, he has practical, helpful and insightful tips on how you can save money, find better quality and improve your health by knowing how and where to shop.

Phil says more than 50 percent of the American workforce is bringing their lunch to work. He says that instead of taking the time to make a sandwich, consider checking out the frozen food counter.

Take seafood, for example. Most store-bought seafood has been "previously frozen". He says if you simply buy it frozen you're paying far less and saving a step in the process. Be sure to listen for more helpful tips.
