It's very hard to decide which comments (or "sound bites") to put into our story. That's why we like to offer bonus coverage. This week, we have more great comments from the Red Hat Society's International Convention. As you'll see, these ladies have lots of "hattitude."
Check out the other parts to our bonus:
Part 1
Part 3
Don't forget to see the video that started it all:
Happiness is a Red Hat

Posted 8:36pm October 19th, 2008Sherrie,
Why would you begrudge someone else their fun? Is it hurting you? Are you jealous?
When you've had hips and/or knees replaced and/or cataracts removed, you'll be ready for some fun too. Getting older doesn't mean dying on the vine.
I wish you luck in the aging process.
And you will be welcome in the Red Hatters when the time comes anyway!

Posted 3:27pm October 4th, 2008Sorry Sherrie that you don't get it. Your loss. Can't be all bad since there are over a million ladies all over the world that love being a Red Hatter. You certainly don't have to join us, just don't begrudge us the fun.
As we say "Red Hatters Matters"
A Happy Hatter!

Posted 7:03pm August 3rd, 2008The video was just great. I'm so sorry I missed the Convention, as I live in Florida but I had vacation plans during that time previously committed. I hope our next one will be in Florida too. It looks like everyone was having so much fun.

Posted 6:09pm July 31st, 2008I have to agree. We all have different ways of growing bolder. The important thing is we celebrate who we are. Making friends, being social, supporting one another, and having fun is always a good thing. I'm not a red hatter but I admire your attitude.

Posted 1:11pm July 31st, 2008With all due respect---Why must ladies of a certain age revert to styles that are so silly and childlike...that respect is hard to muster for the viewer?
