At age 64, Dr. Peter Pritchard is still living his childhood dream. Time magazine calls him a "Hero for the Planet." He's been named Floridian of the year. And if turtles could vote, he'd be named the greatest man who ever lived.

Posted 11:00 am June 3rd, 2009Truly a unique inspiration! It's so encouraging to see another human being that takes pride & has complete dedication to the "special" things in life, (Mother Nature). How true it is that we need to find our place & not be so dominate-it only leads to destruction. Dr. Pritchard is a treasure that I am honored to have found on Growing Bolder. It helps with the loss of my dear friend, Ann Young "The Bird Lady", to see people like you working so hard. Thank you, Kara E. -aka- "Turtle"
