Eileen Kisailus

Wife, mother and entrepreneur Eileen Kisailus turned her problem into a solution for others with her wicking pajama business. She said good-bye to night sweats and hello to a good night's sleep.

Kisailus was a boomer woman going through menopause. She was hot, cold and moody and needed something to help her sleep. So she created Lunar Radiance, a Web site where she sells wicking pajamas and also provides information and advice about menopause.

She says she tried to help other women find support and solutions for a common time in every woman's life.

For Kisailus, her company and her wicking PJs helped her find her own way to handle what menopause had thrown her way.
