At the age of 71, Claudette Braswell has an impressive title under her belt. She's the Florida State Female Senior Athlete of the Year.

She sweeps the basketball shooting competitions and dominates at horseshoes and racquetball.

Braswell talks with Growing Bolder about what else she gets out of competing and what else the senior games have to offer.
