Terry Roach took up cycling after turning 44 and after undergoing major back surgery. She's since become a world masters champion and record breaker.

As if her back surgery wasn't hard enough to deal with, Roach crashed twice, resulting in a neck fusion, broken ribs and a punctured lung.

Although her injuries set her back four years, she came back with a vengeance and won the US nationals and set a world age group record in Australia.

She talks with Growing Bolder about her strength, will and her company, Body Stabilization Training.
