Cycling legend Thurlow "Turbo" Rogers has raced away with more than 300 victories in his career, and the 47-year-old says he's only getting better as he gets older.

He told Growing Bolder that the competitive side of the sport motivates him to exercise every day. Plus, he says now that he's approaching his 50s, he's got a whole new set of goals.
