Don McGrath saw a story about how important staying active is to your health, and with his 50th birthday approaching, he took that as a wake-up call to get out there and get in shape.
As he did, he was surprised to find so many people older than him working out, too. As he listened to their stories, he became so fascinated that he decided to create a book called, "Dream It, Live It, Love It: Interviews with 50 Athletes Over 50."
And he's taken that a step further. He wants to harness the drive and enthusiasm to make a difference in our communities through his program called the 50,000 Athlete Challenge.
Find out how you can help, then check out his blog.

wonderful interview
I have been inspried by you and all you do
I started Kurpali Yoga last week and low and behold one of the directors of the Kurpali Center in Lennox, MA was a presenter at an event hosted. Nothing is a coincidence We will be having yoga on the lawn this fall.
